After you visit our re:store furniture store, located at 241 Newtownards Road, you’ll be able to say you’ve been to the biggest charity shop in Northern Ireland! We trust you’ll also be able to talk about its high-quality furniture and electrical goods offered at great value.
Purchases and donations alike can be made between the hours of 9:00am and 5:00pm Monday through Saturday.
We accept donations of:
Good quality clean clothes and shoes
Jewellery, bags and accessories
Good quality books
Music – records, tapes, cd’s, dvd’s and videos
Good quality clean soft furnishings (curtains, rugs, bedding)
Toys and games (only if in nearly new condition)
Furniture - we will collect most items of good quality furniture
We can also collect white goods (fridges, cookers, freezers) and small electrical items
Unfortunately we cannot accept:
Cycling/riding helmets
Roller blades
Washing machines
Any items run by gas
Broken or incomplete items
Anything unsafe

House clearances
We offer a house clearance service, however only goods that we deem to be resale quality will be collected. Please note that we require 7 working days notice for a house clearance.
Deliveries
We can deliver goods bought from our furniture shops for a small charge.
Collections
Donated goods can be left into any of our charity shops listed below.
Or we can collect your donated goods, including bags of clothes, free of charge but this does require notice. Please contact the shop closest to you to arrange a collection time.
